Cancellation and Refund Policy
In order to cancel a booking made through our website, in-person, phone call or our partner channels, you must send to us a written notice of cancellation email as follows:

Clear instruction/request to cancel the reservation.
For all reservations originating from travel agencies such as Booking.com or AirBNB.com – such requests shall be made via respective partner channel only.

Please note, below general cancellation/refund rules apply to all reservations unless otherwise agreed in written between the Guest and the Operator.
-Request is received at least 60-nights prior to check-in date
- If Request is received less than 60-nights prior to check-in date
Full/Partial Refund subject to conditions (this does not apply to reservations made via Booking.com or AirBNB.com or other booking channels, as for such reservations individual policy applies)
-No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in (this does not apply to reservations made via Booking.com or AirBNB.com or other booking channels, as for such reservations individual policy applies)
-Operator reserves the right to keep security deposit / down-payment / reservation fee / rental amount against the cancellation to cover full charges as shown above.

- By confirming the booking, guests must understand that any sort of payment either for Management Fee, Property Rent, Taxes, Down payments, and other payments for services are non-refundable.
- Any confirmed payment and reservation are not subject to negotiation, amendment, or alterations.
- If the reservation is canceled by the guest under any circumstances, a cancellation policy set by the host will be applied.
- There will be no sort of refund for the shortened stays, unused nights and reservations tagged as no-show guests.

Terms & Conditions
Reservation
- Reservation and other additional services to be provided by the host will be confirmed only upon the receipt of full payment.
- Guests are only allowed to access the property at the confirmed reservation check-in date to check-out date and time.
- Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM or earlier.
- No late check-out is possible unless approved by the host. (Subject to charge)
- In case of dishonoring the agreed check-out time, the guest will be automatically be fined the full amount of the security deposit.
Security Deposit
- By confirming the booking, Guests automatically agree to pay the amount of security deposit on top of the reservation fee.
- The amount shall be settled by cash (in any form of currency for as long as it will be subject to the amount set by the host.)
- Airbnb Guests are exempted from paying the security deposit; however, the host can still have the right to charge the guest upfront of any violations or damages.
- Amount settled by cash will be refunded in cash on the date of the checkout.
- If in case the situation requires to transfer the amount online, bank charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
Charges and Penalties
- The host of the property has the right to collect charges and penalties to the guest if any of the activities or practices happened during the reservation period.
- Failure to comply with the rules and regulations set forth in this reservation agreement.
- Failure to comply with the community rules and regulations that lead to minor or major conflict with the building personnel, building facilities and other residents.
- Damaged items or property surfaces are automatically subject to charges to be covered by the guest.
- Costs of any repairs, fixtures, and fitting required to do after the checkout will be borne by the guest.
- Loss of Apartment Key/ Card and Parking Remote/Card/Ticket will be charged to the guests.
- Any additional services requested, ordered items and upgraded services that happened during the reservation period are the responsibility of the guest.
Covid-19 Policy
As this global outbreak is no longer unforeseen, all of the confirmed reservations will fall under the standard cancellation policy regardless of any Covid-19 circumstances concerning the guests side.
If the guest has tested positive for Covid-19 during the reservation period, the guest is responsible for the disinfection of the property which will be held by the host’s 3rd party contract.
General Waiver
As the guest confirmed the booking, the guest will significantly agree that:
The host will not hold any liability for any unfortunate circumstances relating to sickness, injuries, or death to either guests or visitors who accessed the property.
The host will not provide any sort of monetary support or refund caused by a natural disaster or any circumstances that fall beyond the control of the host which may affect the reservation period of the guest.
There will be no complimentary substitutions or refund in case of loss, damages or even theft on to the personal items of the guests
In case of immediate closure or changes brought by the building management which will happen in the middle of the reservation period, the host is not responsible for any refund as they hold no control over the general situation of the community.
The host should handle maintenance concerns during operational hours which will be reported by the guests. In case that the damage or issues are confirmed to be caused by the guest, repairs or replacement will be covered by the guest.
Standard House Rules
- No Pets are allowed
- No Smoking inside the property
- No parties or gatherings are to be made inside the property
- No loud music especially during quiet hours
Eviction to the Property
- The host holds the right to evict the guests who may commit a major crime, or misbehavior by simply not abiding by the general community rules and regulations. Any requests imposed by the local authorities will be taken without any hesitation and with no sort of refund or rebate to the unused nights or unused services paid by the guest.
